The cakes are delicious, the, particles also, the rolls overpriced at medium-sized Quality, the staff tries to be friendly which is not always easy because the owner needs a digression in terms of humanity. If I want to enjoy my cake and coffee in the park cafe instead of at home, I pay a hefty service charge on top, which is not shown in the prices listed. Does not work at all! !!!!!!! Three stars, no more, rather less

Without being greeted, you will be snapped at first that you have pushed yourself in front of another customer. After a short attempt to explain, you can still be complained about. These are customer experiences that you absolutely want. It is easy to meet the extensive competition in the immediate vicinity. There you are still a welcome customer who is greeted in a friendly manner and just as friendly and courteous when a mistake on my part is pointed out.

Very unfriendly service! Open until 5 p.m., but at 4 p.m. the guests are swept up and the cake is cleared from the display. There was no more cream. Guests were turned away even though there was still room. Stupid Corona excuses, which in our opinion should cover up unwillingness to work .... Real shame for the baker!

Unfortunately the staff is not so friendly but otherwise you have a good coffee ice cream we know much better.

The staff is very friendly, a very cozy cafe in the heart of Putbus. Prices are totally justified. The double Lottchen is absolutely delicious, the coffee is great and the breakfast for just under 8 EUR is completely sufficient and makes you feel full. The rolls are to die for! We will definitely stop there more often when we are on our way back to Mönchgut. Almost forgot the most important thing: dogs are welcome.

We also just wanted to have a coffee and something to eat and were completely ignored by the very unfriendly service. After guests arriving later had already been served and we were still not served, we got up and left.

Delicious cake and ice cream, nice service

We just wanted to eat cake and drink something with the kids. The children sat down at the table and insults to the waitresses began. Despite Corona, you can stay friendly and polite towards customers, especially children. The sound makes the music! In such an atmosphere, we preferred to avoid cakes and go where you are greeted warmly and friendly.

Cozy bakery branch with back-shop and café. Centrally located on a main road, park strips directly in front of the house. Fresh bakery and confectionery products, value for money very reasonable, friendly and courteous staff.
